This is my favorite short story of this author so far. Erica comes from a family who doesn't have a lot. She had big dreams of what she wants out of life and when this older handsome guy walks in where she works, they quickly catch each others eye. He woos her and finally marries her. He gives her everything she never had before but something isn't right in their relationship. When his job takes him away for months at a time, she realizes she made a mistake in marrying him. Sometimes it is good not to jump in and marry the first guy that can make your life easier because he may have another reason behind him in marrying you too. Always keep your eyes open and don't give up on your plans because you are wooed by a guy. Once you realized that, the real guy you need might come along.
