Not a book that I would pick up, but this was gifted by a teacher.

Depending on your perspective, the book may either be filled with affirming self-help or trite quakeries. I don't think it's all that bad, and you do feel good after reading this, this book really does a good job telling you that you deserve to be happy. It also makes some sensible suggestions on the power of intuition and throws in useful frameworks like what are powerful goals and how to get out of the avoidance trap. But at the same time, it also talks about the power of dreams and manipulating your dreams, which feels a little too out there for me.

Overall, if you can overlook the typos, silly fonts and ugly stock graphics, the book has some interesting tidbits that are interesting as a quick read. Just pick and choose what you'd like to hear, I guess.
