Historians have long maintained that the Biblical Jesus is a composite character derived from stories of several men living around the first Century. This is the story of one. Rich with historical events and people, "Pantera" details the formation of the Pantera family legacy with the conception of Yeshu ha-Notzri, Jesus of Nazareth. Yeshu, the son of a Roman soldier and a Jewish maiden comes into this world with his twin brother, Judas. They both must choose between the priesthood and the Roman military but their destiny as an agent of the state for the Roman Empire places Yeshu at odds with the Sanhedrin and we all know how that turns out. Over the ages, Yeshu’s family actively supports the Catholic Church until it's time to expose the Pantera family's heritage to the world. Their mission, to correct the historical origin of Christianity, return Jesus to life and perfect the Holy Grail, an age extending Essene healing potion.

Robert is an independent author who specializes in writing a combination of sci-fi, fantasy and alternative history that blends myths, legends and stories from the past to create new worlds with never before thought possibilities.

A writer since high school, he now has over 30 titles available on Amazon.com in either e-book or paperback. One of his screenplays, "The Pantera Grail - Genesis," made it to the quarterfinals in The 2009 StoryPros screenwriting contest and "Pantera - Grail Quest" made it to the 2010 quarterfinals.

A past member of the Writer's League of Texas, he attended Elmira College in Elmira, NY and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
