This is a very quick short story about a woman who receives an e-mail from someone unknown, and within it, it suggests something more that the simple request it holds. Her reply sets off an sensual adventure between Molly and Ever, and it's intense and very fast, but in the end, there is a hint of their future. I liked the story and I recommend it!

I have read and reread this book several times. I believed it, I completely understood the main charactar and I felt everything that happened to her. I suppose the book is about anticipation and finally getting what you least expected. Great book!

Wow, this story is Alice in Wonderland if she fell the rabbit hole of dominance. Ms. Stein wrote this very well. I could put myself in Molly’s place easily! A normal day in the office turns into a kinky game of double entendre that turns into so much more.

I could feel the sexual tension, excitement, and worry as the mysterious Ever Unknown ups the ante with sexually explicit suggestions. Molly’s discovery of her submissive streak is entertaining, and a bit scandalous as she takes bigger and bigger risks.

By the end of the book, I was chomping at the bit to discover who E U was! This is erotica done right.

Quick but hot read

Molly Hunt has just received an email. It could be just an innocent email and a presumably innocent request except the writer simply signs as Ever Unknown . If it is just a simple work email why hide your email address and sign yourself as Ever Unknown? Either way Molly has a choice, ignore the suggestion in the email and continue in her merry way or follow the sensual path wherever it leads.

This was a very quick read. It almost felt like you were reading a chapter in a book. Even though it was so short it was still enjoyable and to be honest it was a erotic fix for me in the middle of full length book...

Workplace anonymous emails lead to mysterious, blindfolded, sexy times. I was nervous the entire time that HR would read the messages they were sending each other!!!

Imagination is the ultimate aphrodisiac. Molly's imagination is more active than most. When she receives a email noting that the author would be "deliciously pleased" if she would comply with a work-related request, she can't help wondering whether this is some sort of sexual innuendo – especially since rather than identifying himself, he signs his message "Ever Unknown". She pens a subtly provocative reply. Almost immediately she is drawn into an escalating series of sexual adventures that simultaneously shock and arouse her.

Unlike a textbook dominant, Ever Unknown does not order her to perform the various naughty actions he proposes in his emails; he merely suggests that it would please him. But it seems he has the ability to read Molly's mind. She finds herself unable to resist complying, even as the suggestions grow riskier and more outrageous. As long as her clever partner remains anonymous, Molly can pretend the whole thing is just an exquisitely exciting game. When Ever Unknown finally removes his mask, though, she must face reality. Will she be disappointed when she discovers his identity? Will the intoxicating suspense of their shared kinkiness evaporate? Or is their incredible sexual communication a sign of a deeper connection?

Charlotte Stein's enticing tale had me squirming (in a good way!) from the very first page. Her casual, breathless prose pulls you into the story, into Molly's mind - and body. You experience Molly's lust, doubt and confusion with an intensity heightened by Ms. Stein's choice of first person present POV for her incendiary narrative.

EVER UNKNOWN violates most of the conventions of the BDSM genre and yet is true to the spirit of dominance and submission. It focuses on the seductive thrill of playing out complementary fantasies, the excitement of exploring and overcoming one's limits. I'm a BDSM afficionado; I found the story incredibly hot. In short, I loved this book, especially the conclusion, which shatters romance stereotypes while delivering a satisfying and surprisingly realistic happy ending.

If you like BDSM romance - or even if you don't - I highly recommend you get yourself a copy of EVER UNKNOWN. Trust me, you'll be "deliciously pleased".

Hm. As delicious as that was, it felt far too rushed and more like a synopsis of a story rather than the story itself. Pity, because I really loved the potential and totally loved the reveal even though I picked it fairly quick. But perhaps that was because I read Power Play before this. :p

Sexy. Or I could just write “Charlotte Stein” because for me, the name just means hot, erotic, intense sex. This is a little… dom/sub. But in an unexpected way.
What can I say without giving anything away. It is a short hot story. Read it.

A sexy, steamy erotic niblet about a secretary, an anonymous email admirer, and a journey in to sexual gratification. Liked but felt the "admirer" came off a bit stiff and under developed.

This book had great potential, and it held my interest, but didn't quite live up to expectations. It was an OK story.

The mind is definitely the most powerful tool for sexy times. great quick read, fantastic premise and flawless writing style. The ending was almost anticlimactic after the quick build-up.
