I like the order and the sensible presentation of this Algebra book. I have been working through it to see if I am truly preparing my students for the next step in their learning. I haven't been able to find a teachers edition but appreciated the assistance of a friend who checked to be sure I was correctly completing the steps (it has been several decades since I last took college algebra).
For a College Algebra textbook it's very good. I can't say I loved it, but that's the subject matter.. not the book itself. Does a very good job of explaining things in an understandable and occasionally entertaining way. Plenty of exercises and examples to help.
this was an excellent book for when I was going to college after I graduated and got a B on my college alegbra course I gave the books to the library. than they went through them and gave them to another library
