Shift Your Perspective: Seeing things through God's eyes

One of the greatest blessings for me as a Pastor is encouraging others to grasp the amazing scope of the gospel and God’s Lordship over our lives and this world. God is continually teaching me to see with new eyes, His eyes! I love this verse from the scriptures the Psalmist wrote “open our eyes to see the wonderful truths in His law,” Psalms. 119:18. In this book you are encouraged to see yourself and your daily struggles from God’s perspective. It can be an ongoing challenge for each of us to see ourselves as more than conquerors as we face hardships and trials of many kinds. But God can use hardships and trials to advance us to the next level. We often quote or paraphrase Romans 8:28: “God causes everything to work together for good,” but the idea that God can bring good out of the worst of circumstances is an important truth. In this book, it is my hope that you will see that God loves us. God's love for us is unconditional and undeserved. He loves us in spite of our disobedience, our weaknesses, and sins. He loves us enough to provide a way to an abundant, and eternal life.
