"Limited to three hundred numbered copies and one hundred deluxe copies specially bound, all of which have been signed by the author."

Unfortunately, most of us are not likely to ever read this one, as it was a limited edition, and can't be found in libraries (at least not in any of the ones I researched). One used one is listed on Amazon for $99, and Abebooks has several for sale at higher prices. So if you pick one up, let us know what you think!

7/17/11 update. Good news! This novella is included in Dan Simmons book of novellas called Lovedeath.
