I put reading since I definately have not read it through lol. This is one I use a lot for questions I get... Its a great translation (NAB), pretty good edition (could be better) & I add to it by putting apologetics tabs inside!

My favorite Bible. The inset questions are great for those interested in learning the basics of Catholicism. The footnotes are amazing for helping the reader gather context and determine what parts of the Bible reference other sections. A critical step to meshing the Old and New Testaments.

It will be ongoing forever process reading the Bible..I believe reading the Bible in various translations for varying sects is one way of sorting the whole thing out.
