بعد از دو سال این کتاب رو تموم کردم. آخرین جلسه استاد ازمون تشکر کرد که پیگیر موندیم و تا اینجا اومدیم، و حس خوبی داشت این تشکر بعد از دو سال کار کردن. یادمه اول کار که هیچ منبعی نداشتم، از دولینگو استفاده می کردم و سعی می کردم تا حدی، هر چند مقدماتی، آشنا بشم. اما دولینگو واقعاً در قیاس با کلاس منظم رفتن چیز زیادی بهم یاد نداد. هر چند وقتی رفتم سر کلاس، همین که از قبل یه چیزهایی می‌دونستم، خیلی تسریع کرد فرایند آموزش رو.
تقریباً از پایان سال اول، بهار ۱۴۰۱، می‌تونستم بگم عبری می‌فهمم. ایام نوروز شروع کردم به خوندن تورات به عبری و هر صفحه رو یک هفته مدام می خوندم تا مسلط بشم. همین علاوه بر کلاس‌ها، یه دفعه یه جهش ایجاد کرد توی درک مطلبم. بعد از اون هر بار که تورات رو باز می‌کردم بیشتر و بیشتر متوجه می‌شدم.
از پاییز شروع کردم به گوش دادن یه پادکست آموزشی و اون دوباره جهش دوم رو ایجاد کرد و توانایی شنیداریم رو خیلی تقویت کرد. البته نیمه‌کاره موند و از بهار دوباره شروع می‌کنم گوش دادنش رو.

برنامه‌م برای بعد از این چیه؟
دو دوره دیگه برای عبری توراتی دارم که گوش می‌دم. یه دونه مال گریت کورسز و یه دونه هم از اینترنت گرفتم. بیشتر بحث هاشون تکراری خواهد بود، اما به نظرم اومد بعد از دو سال بخش‌های ابتدایی کتاب رو ممکنه فراموش کرده باشم و همین تکرار کمک می‌کنه به تجدید حافظه. فیلم و پادکست هم دارم که اونا رو هم از عید شروع می‌کنم.
فعلا دوست دارم سه تا زبان دیگه هم یاد بگیرم: آرامی (به عنوان مکمل عبری)، یونانی و لاتین. این دو تا زبان اخیر رو توی گریت کورسز دیدم و گفتم بد نیست در حد مقدماتی باهاشون آشنا باشم، حتی اگه نخوام دو سال روشون وقت بذارم. امیدوارم سال دیگه سال این سه زبان باشه.

The reading practice is painfully minimal. The style in general is very old-school and not in line with contemporary language-learning best practices.
