High level and impractical

This is a high level overview of how group coaching is different than coaching individuals plus a high level overview of how one might go about building a coaching business.

Lots of anecdotes and examples, but without an overarching model or specific techniques.

A fantastic primer on group coaching. As someone going through the ICF certification process I really appreciated the connection between the ICF principles and the application to the group setting (for instance, group coaching is not teaching a course, and what actually).

The books is meant to be a blueprint-from marketing your group to ending it. It also proves a treasure-trove of tips to handle challenges we might encounter along the way. Not only from the author but also from other coaches whom she interviewed (incorporated as little vignettes).

I really appreciated the book, however I am left wishing for some tools to download.

I'd agree with a blueprint part of its title but not with its comprehensiveness. It's insightful read, still it could have been more systematic and nuanced
