Prom night was supposed to be the best night of Lexi Kimball's life. It was supposed to be perfect. How could it not be when she was the captain of the cheerleading squad and her date was Jeff Baker, the love of her life and captain of the football team? But when he left her at prom without explanation and she had to accept the prom queen crown alone on stage, Lexi was humiliated and decided to leave town and never come back. Five years later, a near-fatal accident involving her parents changed that plan. She returns home to take care of her parents and finds that not much has changed in town, even her feelings for Jeff or his feelings for her. Along the way, she meets the handsome and mysterious Clay Jones, who protects her from the men who are after her and helps her find peace and brings her back to God. This was a very light, feel good story.
It's perfect if you just need a little positivity in your day. It's a relatively quick read too.
There's even a little mention about God - seeing as how it is Christian fiction, I feel it would be very marketable to those that have differing faiths as well.
There are some pretty heavy moments in the book, but over all, a feel good story.

I received this book free in exchange for my opinion, all views and opinions are my own.
"His Love for Lexi" is a wonderful book. It is not your normal Christian romance, it has a love triangle, action, and a battle between good and evil. There are so many elements in this book, that it is difficult to put it down. You start right at the beginning with a devastating experience for Lexi, the main character. She felt like her life was over, and after being away from home for so long, and being forced to return, she doesn't know how things could possible ever be the same.
Kasandra Jamison is a great author who can tell a great story about self discovery. In discovering who she is, and where she belongs, Lexi also finds out that she has fallen a long way from where she use to be, and from who she longs to be. Lexi feels that there is more for her, and even though she has two men who want to take care of her, she knows there is more than even that.
If you like books about love, this has it, action, it's here, death, devastation, and a twist you never saw coming, then this is the book for you. I look forward to reading more from author Kasandra Jamison, and rumor has it that she is currently working on the sequel to "His Love for Lexi"

His Love For Lexi by author Kasandra Jamison is a novel you will truly enjoy. Love is a word tossed around so loosely that it has lost much of its true meaning. What does it mean when the Bible tells us that God loves us, that there is no greater love than this that one lays down his life for his friend? Do we love to the point where we can honestly say that it is true and how does that play out in life?
Kasandra explores these questions in a story that will captivate you as real life issues like greed, fear, guilt, and love are explored. You will enjoy your journey as, His Love For Lexi, takes you on a love that once was was lost and then found.

His Love for Lexi by Kasandra Jamison is both romantic and suspenseful.Lexi has been running from her past for quite some time. When some unwelcoming news brings her back home Lexi has to finally face her past and her unexpected future. She must learn to love, trust, and move on, but will she?

In the novel, His Love For Lexi, author Kasandra Jamison takes Lexi on a journey of love. Lexi becomes emotionally mature as she is faced with some harsh realities, some hard decision-making, and some life and death situations first hand.
