-Discussion question
1.Where did Japanese emperor come from?
A.The Author told that they came from Korea, and I agree to the opinion. I read one book about where the Japanese Empeor came from. The book said the same as Gillespie said. However, we do not exactly know where the emperor came from.

2.Do you know why we believe in Shinto, which is the Japanese original religion?
A.Buddhism first came to Japan in the middle of the sixth century. We originally believed in a lot of gods such as fire, water, air, and weather. Gradually, the Buddhism mixed with the local Japanese religion, and a new set of religious practices was created.
