It is presented in booklet form for your pocket or purse.Mentoring by using questions is more than just a good idea. It was the way the Master Mentor, our Lord Jesus Christ shaped the thinking and lives of his disciples. He often followed one question with several others.The first part of this booklet is a call to emulate him by asking and listening before we teach and tell. The art of skillful questioning does open a person up, but it is not presented in the belief that there is innate goodness in each individual. Rather it accepts that we are broken and questions can make people reflect and orient themselves to God’s thoughts contained in the Scriptures.
