Great little referance book for the budding freshwater ecologist or just for people who like exploring and identifying creatures of the streams and ponds and wetlands.

I doint reccomend thsi book for anyone wrighting a scientific paper or a college report as the classification system is not particularly scientific enough for one to be confident enough that the animal identified is indeed that animal (or plant).

It is a great guide and can put you on the right track when identifying species :D
