I read this in one go. Not only is it a moving story of a childhood friend's trauma and healing, but she has put together some great resources for anyone who needs some mental health support. Well worth the read.

Raw. Real-life trauma. Relatable. A little bit of humor. Easy steps to implement in your daily life. A movement.
While reading this book I kept thinking I don’t have mental health issues, this doesn’t pertain to me, etc. but as I kept reading I understood that this was a proactive approach to be in a better mental health space. This was a new perspective and approach I hadn’t heard before and the author lays it out and breaks it down for you.
An inspiring book that is now back on my MUST read list AGAIN because I want to do the activities and make them a part of my daily routine.
