Brian Tracy has taught me more practical information about success than anyone else. About three years ago, I listened to the 8-disc version of this program. It was only when I started listening to this 2-disc version that I realized how much that first program has helped me achieve my goals. Simply by writing my goals down on paper, I found that many of them were achieved. I'd taken no conscious steps toward them other than writing them down. My big takeaway from this program was to write out 10-15 goals, first thing in the morning and last thing at night, every day.

AUDIOBOOK: I took 5 pages of notes, plus have a workbook, so there is a wealth of information in this program. The nugget: "Seven areas of sales- 1)prospecting 2) establishing rapport 3) identifying needs 4) presenting solutions 5) answering objections 6) closing the sale 7) getting resales and referrals from satisfied customers. *Give yourself a grade of 1 to 10, then look at your greatest weakness; prioritize bringing that weakness to at least a grade of 7, then look at your new greatest weakness, and bring that up to at least a grade of 7, and continue until all seven stages of the sales process you have a grade of 7 across the board, and now you are in the top 20% of your field." I also loved where he said, in regards to your successes and failures throughout your life, "you are where you are and you are who you are because you decided to be there."

Repeats a huge amount of material from his other book "Change your thinking, change your life". I haven't finished this book yet but it is very repetitive. I am persevering because the material and theory is very good and very useful, just rehashed! I will update my review if there is anything of note to add or any reason why you should choose this book over change your life.

This is a very long audiobook but it’s such a good listen. I’m a big fan of Brian’s work but I’ve not read anything of his for a good few years. This collection was just perfect timing. New year, new start!

If you have the goals book, you don't need it because it contains pretty much the same questions, without the theory of the book.

This is my second read from Brian Tracy. I think I am getting a feel for him as an author and his background. Once again he reviewed his past and the reasons why he is where he is today. As a motivator he can spin a great yarn that makes me want to get off the couch and get started on achieving my goals. I don't even have goals but his book makes me want to set some. Curiously, his verbiage puts me in a better mood but don't we all feel better with a goal to achieve? So, if you are in the doldrums and totally lacking motivation, try this quick read and You will be conquering kingdoms in an instant.

I think this is just the updated audio book version of his "regular" Goals! book, but with 8 cds/mp3s and a 30 page workbook. (I haven't read that one, so I don't know.)

Some of this seems like Tracy dumping ideas on you in a semi-random order, but a few spots are targeted and on-point - like the "making a plan" section.

Great program overall, although it could have been much shorter and focused.

Rehash of most other self help books. It's a good read, but Tracy repeats himself. Could easily be 1/2 the length and give off the same effect.
