Italian-French poet Guillaume Apollinaire, originally Wilhelm Apollinaris de Kostrowitzky, led figures in avant-garde literary and artistic circles.

A Polish mother bore Wilhelm Albert Włodzimierz Apolinary Kostrowicki, this known writer and critic.

People credit him among the foremost of the early 20th century with coining the word surrealism and with writing Les Mamelles de Tirésias (1917), the play of the earliest works, so described and later used as the basis for an opera in 1947.

c'est l'amour pendant la guerre face au désespoir et à la peur de la mort, malgré le fait que je ne m'y reconnais évidemment pas ça reste beau

Jaime toujours pas lire de la poésie mais celui la était relativement facile à comprendre et à décoder donc c’était moins pire. J’ai pas eu vraiment de plaisir à le lire mais c’était pas de la torture non plus. Par contre, petite étoile bonus parce que c’est écrit dans le contexte de la première guerre mondiale et j’aime pas mal tout ce qui touche aux sujets des guerres.
