Out of Nowhere

Rate this book
This collection of independent, yet magically related essays carries readers through the backroads and side alleys of Russia's tragic and beautiful northern city. From the first stream of observations in "Sweeping" to the final moments of the digressively moving "First Person," Out of Nowhere exposes not just St. Petersburg, but the author and reader as well.
