The Runaway Bride by Lynn Kerstan
When Colonel John Corbett learns that his fiancee has fled London to avoid marrying him, he realises his approach to their courtship has been sadly lacking. Will romance and passion convince the lady of his true feelings?

This was fun. I enjoyed the interaction between John Corbett and Penelope Wright.

Chloe's Elopement by Rebecca North
Chloe Weymouth is happy to help her sister elope with Lord Abington's best friend... until everything goes awry. She never dreamed her plan would bring her so much trouble... and so much love.

A bunch of idiot's in this silly romp, not least is Chloe & Amaryllis' father. Chloe & Gareth Ogilvie, and Amaryllis & Henry Moore, pretty much deserve each other. This one was a bit too silly for me.

Miss Durham's Indiscretion by Marissa Edwards
Having narrowly escaped one arranged marriage, Caroline Durham is dismayed to find herself engaged to a devilishly handsome lord. Will this be a union of love or a mere marriage of convenience?

A particularly stupid heroine but a delightful hero in Miles Grayson, Marquess of Strathmore. I don't think she deserved him, he's far too clever for her.

A Springtime Affair by Jeanne Savery
A peculiar clause in the lease to her home has kept Jessica Darling Rippon out of society for some time. The unexpected arrival of a most handsome rake may re-awaken her to the joys of love.

This one is highly improbable, a little farcical & very entertaining. Chad Thornton, earl of Adlington, a rakish fellow, turns up at Jessica's door with his current paramour in tow and things get interesting.

A Groom for Juno by Cynthia Richey
Miss Juno Davis has long considered herself a spinster and thus laughs at Viscount Lancaster's offer of marriage. However, true love can conquer even the most determined heart.

Hmm! I think Brian Wilton, Viscount Lancaster, has chosen the wrong woman, Juno is such an idiot that I found this one more irritating than amusing.

A Charmed Engagement by Monette Cummings
Long ago betrothed to her childhood sweetheart, Lorna is shocked to find him in another woman's arms. Now she is determined to stop the wedding, even if it means losing her one true love.

Stories based on misunderstandings that could be rectified by one short conversation are very annoying. I think Stacy Warne should have left the foolish Lorna Pierce to it & found someone more intelligent & interesting.
