When I took a course in Micro/Macroecon, our professor said something like "You can take almost any book in basic microeconomics for this course". So, I took his comment to heart, and went to Amazon to find the book that seemed to get the best reviews for making microeconomics interesting and rewarding to read, that's how I found this book.

And I really don't regret it. This book helped me make economics so much more interesting, and I still use and think in some of the concepts learned from this book.
