There is not much to say about this short-story other than it was beautiful. My daughter truly enjoyed this story and it held her attention through the crickets you could make sing. I enjoyed watching her light up as we explained to her what the story was about and how wonderful this world actually is.
This is a fun little book that DS still likes 2 years after getting it from his Nana and Papa. It rhymes (+), it is interactive (+) and is about learning and trying new things (+). So a win-win-win. After just seeing there is another version called Little Cricket's Song of Praise, I think I'll check that one out as I'm sure if my mom had seen it, she would've gotten that one.
This is a fun one! While you read the happy little rhymes, your child gets to click on a cricket to their heart's content. Best thing is: there's two crickets in case you have two cricket-clicking little ones.
