Most see Bláan Tullius as a hero.

Many see him as their savior.

He sees himself as a man who isn't doing nearly enough to save the lives that he knows need saving.

However, he isn't always allowed to do everything that he thinks he needs to do in order to stop slavers from trafficking people through his home, Amidst Station. There are just too many rules for him to save everyone.

What drives him? Well, the slavers got his wife years ago and he still hasn't forgiven them for it.

As he sees it, nothing can stop him. They'll have to kill him to make him stop.

But that's just what he thought...

Caleb Fast is the author of a growing collection of Science Fiction titles. His series The Battle for Allegra is his most popular by far, and is the focus of most of his efforts of late. He enjoys writing on a range of science fiction subjects, and can't go too long without writing some sort of battle. However, Caleb does a lot more than writing.
