I skimmed large chunks of this book, largely because it's incredibly dated. Not its fault that it's a 1989 book geared towards the then-current market or that I picked it up almost 20 years later at a library discard sale, but... *shrugs* An updated book on the same topic might be well worth reading, but this one is past it.

Sadly dated. A great deal of talk about rural vs urban real estate which simply does not obtain these days.
