This was more of a "work" read for me but I think almost anyone could benefit from reading it. Gives a simple explanation of dopamine and/or serotonin disorders(which we all experience at some point) and the behavior modifcations, supplements or prescription meds that help rebalance the body. I was hoping for a bit more chemistry, but still an informative book.

An excellent and realistic approach to overall health that references some of the basic factors of what determines whether we are healthy....or not. Highly recommended.
