Skimmed through the whole thing in like an hour.
I'd recommend only if you are new to the game. If you have played the game properly before, most of the stuff is what you'd already know, apart from a few things here and there you might pick up.

Finished this in about an hour. It has sections about online poker that are obviously dated. There are a couple good tidbits about strategy.

Decent book. I still got some useful information out of it. Now I just need to put what I learned into practice.

i have read many hold em books....many are mostly about how to place people as types. this one, which started as basic continues to instruct with betting, percentages, and outs. defininately worth re-reading again and again to stay sharp
