Pants on Fire (Freaky Jules #2) by Tom Upton is book 2 but could be read without reading book one first without getting lost. (You will want to read book one because it is so good) Our strange gal, Jules, is now expanding her powers and it's good thing, she has to go up against someone with powers too. Great fun! Lots of humor, craziness, and silliness. Loved it.

Take the topics of teen drama like identity struggles and friendships and add the supernatural.
Jules struggles with the idea that she may be a sociopath until she comes face to face with the real thing in a long time classmate.
