This is the 2nd part of Swami Chetanananda's series, and I believe will stand strong on it's own, but will be even stronger if you read DS1 first. It builds further on Swami's cosmological model which borrows a lot from Kashmir Shaivism, and expertly brings us the essence of the tradition's complex esoteric texts. Every single page is worth a meditation in it's own right, to really take this book in took double the time of a standard book it's size. It's a very deep and detailed read about our energy system, how it works, the mind's games throughout the process and how to approach dealing with it, and MUCH more. Nothing short of excellent, this book is a rare read that is in my spiritual top 10 now! Enjoy!
