VOID Art: Book 5

VOID Art : Book 5 : Featuring Hearts

VOID Art is art consisting of contrasting colors resulting in open spaces—each to be filled or left as a VOID.

The VOID Art offered here at Amazon is as a coloring book series, but each book is a collection of elegance that can be easily displayed and enjoyed as is. The infinite variations of VOID Art may be categorized in equally infinite ways—from Knots, Gems, Crystals, and Waves to Flowers, Loops, Ribbons and Bows. Therefore each book will likely have the simple designation of a unique Book Number and will contain a variety of designs similar to the unique cover art with the occasional odd ball thrown in here and there.

The concept for this series sparked many years ago and the systems for creating the many varied designs is an ongoing process of innovation and development. There is truly an infinite range of VOID Art in the queue for future books.

Of course your VOID Art may be colored any way you wish, and the same design can develop into a wide variety of beautiful images. It has been discovered that shading any number of random areas sometimes identically stepped render hidden and pleasing patterns.

As you peruse the pages you will notice some are blank to buffer the transfer of any media used and to allow some liquid media to safely show through, but it is still recommended to utilize a sheet of protective material if the media used is excessively wet.

The simple calming act of coloring and shading void art shapes can be automatically meditative. Enjoy!

Okay, so I like fine clothes. Style, not fashion. My father was a tailor and designer so I guess it rubbed off on me. I was raised to be a gentleman, and I remain one to this day. Honor, loyalty, and compassion.

I've been writing stories since grade school, and always liked mysteries. I grew up reading the Hardy Boys, if you know who they are. If not, look them up. The "Hardy Boys Detective Handbook" still sits on my bookshelf.

All of this eventually manifested itself in the Lovable Rogue Mysteries. Given my background, it shouldn't be a surprise that I created the world's most stylish detective. Style, you either have it or you don't, and if you have it, you have it all the time.

I don't exactly remember when I decided to combine mystery stories with men's style, although it most likely happened in a coffee house in San Francisco's Italian-flavored North Beach District.

It’s been quite a journey from my birthplace in a small Midwestern town to writing mystery stories set in 1980s San Francisco. In case you don't know, I also wrote and directed an award-winning short film, "Who Would Murder a Tailor?", based on one of the Lovable Rogue stories.

All of the Lovable Rogue books are available from Amazon.
