THIS BOOK IS ABOUT CREATING A SPACE WHERE EVERYONE IS HEARD - WHETHER IN A MARRIAGE, BUSINESS SETTING, OR POLITICS.

THE PARTICIPANTS MUST LISTEN, LEARN AND LET THE EACH MEMBER EXPRESSESS THEM SELVES WITHOUT JUDGEMENT. CONFLICT IS WELCOMED.

I AM NOT SURE THE IDEAS IN THIS BOOK WOULD WORK UNLESS ALL MEMBERS OF A GROUP READ IT AND DECIDED TO ADHERE TO ITS SUGGESTIONS.

This is a great book for people working in any sort of team environment, especially where there is differing opinions.
Gracious Space is truly an essential leadership tool for the 21st century leader.

Simple concept for dealing with (actually inviting) conflict into decision making in a healthy constructive way. The book was a little long on anecdotal evidence and a little thin on content, but the substance given was sincere and helpful.

While this book has many great suggestions, it felt overly optimistic to me. Perhaps I'm just a cynic!
