Most stories are heavily idea-based, some ideas more interesting than others. If you think "2181 Overture" is too scientific-paper-y, well, so are almost all other stories in this book, IMHO.
Ken Liu writes an introduction for this book, praising Gu Shi's stories to be "cerebral (烧脑)". Well, if that is the case, I am afraid I am not intellectual enough to enjoy many of them.
There is a typo in the title of this Goodreads entry. It should be "Mobius" instead of "Mobiu". The the letter "s" on the (Chinese) cover is picturized(update: it's corrected now). For that matter, why is an English title used for a Chinese book?
