Marriage Masterpiece: God's Amazing Design for Your Life Together

Rate this book
Focus on the Family's marriage book of the year unveils God's incredible design for marriage.

Whatever happened to happily ever after? As divorce rates climb to all-time highs, many couples, including Christians, question the role of marriage and its “lifetime” commitment. In The Marriage Masterpiece, Al Janssen looks at evidence of God's original intent for marriage, offers scriptural answers as to why marriage is still relevant, and paints a picture of what that means to couples today.

Excellent book. I really enjoyed the use of fictional storytelling as well as Biblical references to bring home the points.
It really spoke to me in my season of marriage.

picked this up from jit joes little library. it flashed between advice for a godly marriage and fictional discussions of angels in heaven watching biblical stories happen leading to the resurrection of christ. this was done to compare earthly marriage to the marriage of Christ and the church but was just a little odd to me

Some good suggestions.
e.g.
Marriage Courses and Parent Training (single and dual) are crucial. Both are broad areas requiring stage-specific assistance. (p201-208)

However echos too much of a “Focus on the Family radio broadcast.
