I didn't find it too helpful - the content just wasn't quite what I'd hoped for. Good chapter on grants & budgets though that could be helpful for beginner librarians (like me!). Needed more pictures and graphics for my taste!

For someone who is new to the school library this has some helpful information. I was hoping for a bit more, for lack of a better word, substance.
