My first book, "My Morning Chronicles of Burnout Syndrome", surprised me in every way. From its practically involuntary conception, to the reception and impact of the book in the lives of so many people, I am still impressed by the difference that something so simple can make.
By including a simple habit in my routine, I gained access to an entire universe within me, and hearts after hearts around me.
I always had a bit of a megalomaniac side, with a certain mania for grandeur. It's recurrent that I have too high expectations of things and people. Taking a task that could be simple and making it much more complex and exhausting than necessary is part of my autopilot.
