I wanted to write a review on this, but deleted what I had written (which I now regret). Philosophers of law achieve absolutely nothing and just name-drop 400 archaic tomes instead of confronting the issue in question.

i mean, I did learn things from this book. provided some perspectictive. but it could have been more concise, and the author could have given better solutions to the problem discussed.

what it became, unfortunately, is neither a textbook nor the author solving a philosophy of law problem.

Penjelasannya bagus dan tidak ruwet. tapi seringkali mengulang-ulang argumentasi. biar panjang kali ya tulisannya. halah. ini dia masalah dalam menulis buku. ada standar minimal halaman. jadinya tulisan itu palsu dan banyak tambahan yang tidak perlu. padahal menulislah secukupnya. menulislah apa yang benar-benar ingin disampaikan.
