Relationship is a more complete answer to panic symptoms and your suffering. Relationship, accurate information, experience, meaning, desire, and purpose more fully explain the phenomenon of panic, panic attacks, and agoraphobia than cognitive, behavioral, and medical models alone. Relational A more complete understanding and interaction with panic symptoms is the best answer to your suffering. What you feel, what you think, and what you do matter. Your suffering, symptoms, and panic are meaningful. Panic is a signal. The solution is relationship. The relational imperative in ending panic suffering. Panic attacks and agoraphobia, have been labeled as random, meaningless, biological dis-regulations perhaps combined with poor cognitive word use, and wrong behavior.  What if this is not true. What if the opposite is true? What if symptoms, words and behavior matter. Relational Panic panic expressions are not random nor meaningless.  Our expectation for goodness is taken or restored through relationship.
