Man (Manolo Carot) nació en Mollet del Vallès, provincia de Barcelona, en 1976 y se ha convertido en uno de los historietistas jóvenes más prolíficos y reconocidos del panorama actual. Sus primeros trabajos fueron encargos de Ediciones La Cúpula, editorial con la que colaboró como portadista en la mítica revista El Víbora y para la que dibujó series como Universitarias o Huesos y Tornillos en la revista Kiss Comix.
