A wonderful book about governing ourselves within the principles of righteousness in context of the plan of salvation, the covenant of heavenly power, and righteous self control. This is the best commentary and guidance available on the powerful teaching found in D&C 121: the Lord’s way of leadership. Highly recommend!

Not as good as I expected, but there are some interesting ways that the author has added meaning to different scriptural passages. Personally I didn't love his writing style, but the content has merit. FYI, The author is L. Tom Perry's son Lee rather than Elder Perry.

Target audience is clearly LDS but all religious people could appreciate the excellent principles discussed in this book.
