How do you deal with a friend with a drug addiction? If you have ever experienced this, you may have lost all faith in the person. You may have come to believe that every word out of the person's mouth was a lie. It becomes very easy to just throw the friendship away. But, if you come to terms with the fact that the lies are there because your friend is sick, you can put yourself in the position to help. First you need to know the signs associated with addiction and how to spot them.
I was actually a passenger in my friend’s car when he stopped to buy drugs. Since I had no idea that he had even started using drugs, I was definitely not prepared for the shock of witnessing the purchase. Imagine the ride home after a life long friend had made the purchase. So many things go through your mind. How can you stop them from using drugs? How can you help them? How can you just end it?

This short story is a spellbinding page turner that you don't want to put down. IT IS A MUST READ. One man's stuggle to keep his friend off of drugs leads to more sinister plans. A great short story that is both entertaining and intriguing and brings you not only into the world of drugs but into a world where things may not be as they seem. I definitely recommend Clean Up by John Joseph

WOW! Very Cool.
What is addiction? This tail places an interesting perspective on the question and provides some insights to the answer. The story is short, more like a short story than a novel. I generally don't like short stories and would likely not have read this one had I been aware. But, I liked the tail and thought it worth the time.
