This book was fun, to learn to understand a bit more about the Birkman Method, but overall, I think it seemed to take a non-simple test/process, and tried to make it very simple. The Birkman is a very personal type of test, but the book broke it down into 4 categories of personality. It's worth a read, but probably only if you have a higher understanding of what the birkman is, and how powerful it can be.

Not bad as far as personality, work style type testing and methodology goes. An interesting read if you have something useful to do with the material. As my work is currently using the Birkman tools for cultural alignment & team building it's was nice to have additional info beyond what our in-house trainer brought to the table.
