Fujiki is the first to find his master dead. He is imprisoned for losing control of his actions wgen holding his dead master in his hands. Gonzaemon cries like a baby, then smashes stuff. Mie is hot again. She asks permission of Shizuhata to kill Irako as retribution. Fujiki asks the same in person and is rebuked for it. He is reminded that Fujiki was chosen as Kogan's heir, something Fujiki and Mie weren't aware of.
