Amazing journey of self discovery. Coming from a dysfunctional family with an alcoholic father - this was a great workbook to recognize patterns of behavior as well as how I attributed certain traits to God that were misguided. Very helpful in my personal growth; and because of the great writing in the book and my psychology background I found things easy to understand and to correlate. I passed this workbook along to my sister in later years.
