Although There was a few chapters that really worked for me, the majority of the book was repeated info from other books in this genera. The book tries to do too much. Instead of focusing on the 2% Solutions and why they are important and how to go about doing one, the books takes twists into other topics of strengths, hidden dragons, and other things that slightly relate to the topic on hand, but shouldn't be the main bulk of the book. I would have like to see the 2% Solution the focus through out the book and instead of getting quick little looks in to many Solutions that 'perfectly' fit into the example Hughes was trying to make. The book was very contradictory of itself and much used journalling and therapy as the quick fixes for EVERYTHING. The activities, although seem riddilous at times, were helpful general. The one I thought was most helpful is creating your defination on what success is. I've never thought about it before and the book gave me an opputunity to look at it.
If you're planning on lookin at this book the first two/three chapters are worth the read... the other ones can be skimmed through since I didn't find them too helpful.
