My children absolutely adore this book. Reading literature is so important to the development of a child's mind, and I cannot think of thing I would rather do then sit down to read to them in the evenings. Imagination and growth are so vital in those so young.
This book i p art of the "All Aboard Reading" Station Stop 1. This follows a bug as he gets ready to go to bed. Many of the steps before bed are the same as the students who would be reading the book. The story is filled with rhyming words.
Level 2 reader. I've always liked the title and cover of this book. It shows a mother bug tucking her baby bug into his tissue box bed. What I didn't know is that there are even cuter illustrations inside!
An easy read bedtime book about a young bug who takes a buggy bath, collects his teddy bug, gets a buggy hug from Mama Bug, and snuggles into his tissue-box bed, but is startled by the appearance of a big moving creature that turns out to be a boy.
Snug bug doesn't want to go to bed. This book goes through the motions of getting ready for bed (takes a bath, brushes teeth, finds teddy, and gets tucked in). While being tucked in snug bug gets frightened by something big (the human boy). This was a cute a short book for kids learning to read.
