Het is opvallend dat er mensen in dezelfde samenkomsten zitten en dezelfde preken horen en dat de een erdoor veranderd wordt, maar de ander niet. Hoe kan dat? pretty funny that while i was reading this book, the author of it got arrested.
Any book that preaches the Word of God automatically earns an extra point in my eyes. And to be clear, this is not a bad book. However, there are several moments where the author moves from speaking about God and His Word to promoting his own books or personal achievements. I don’t believe this is done with bad intentions, everyone has to make a living, but when it comes to delivering God’s message, I tend to be more critical. For me, these shifts broke the flow and were distracting, which took away from the overall impact of the book.
Other than that it's fine, would still recommend it :)
