A good overview of the current state of value based healthcare and strategies for implementing VBC across major stakeholders in HC

Good overview with some practical examples of how to move towards more value based health care systems.

A times somewhat dense and theoretic which stalled the reading somewhat.

Best part, apart from the examples, was the call out to leadership in the end. I would bring that forward ti inspire prior to keep on reading, alight the flame and then come with the content.
