اذا لم تقرأ اسم الكتاب كاملاً سيخدعك محتوى الكتاب
فاسم الكتاب نظم وقتك في 60 ثانية ،، اذا توقفت هنا لظن القارئ خطأ ان الكتاب مخصص لتنظيم الوقت
ولكن الكتاب اسمه كاملاً نظم وقتك في 60 ثانية ، ستون طريقة فعالة للتغلب على الفوضى المنزل وفي العمل
اذن يتضح الان ان الكتاب ليس مخصصاً لتنظيم الوقت ولكن لتنظيم الأماكن كالمكتب والمطبخ وهكذا
الكتاب بحد ذاته لا يضيف الكثير من الأفكار الجديدة في فن تنسيق وتنظيم الأماكن ولكن شأنه كشأن معظم كتب التنمية البشرية حافز مساعد لتخطي قضية ما ،، فيعطيك دفعة للتحرك ،، ليست دائمة ولكن لا بأس بها ،، قبل ان انهي الكتاب كان قد دفعني الكاتب لتنظيم مكتبتي ،، جزاه الله خيراً
اعجبتني جداً
1. اذا كنت تعتقد ان التعليم مكلف ، فعليك ان تجرب الجهل
واذا كنت تعتقد ان التنظيم يتطلب الكثير من الوقت ، فجرب الفوضى
2. ان الفكرة الجديدة مثل العملة النادرة ، فعادة ما نقلد بكل بساطة ما نسمعه او نقرؤه
3. من المهم ان تركز على جهودك حتى وان كنت لا تشعر بالحماس
4. تغلب على السعي الي الكمال
5. انك اذا كنت تسعى الى اكتساب عادة جديدة ، فأفضل وقت لفعل ذلك هو الان
6. ان عملية حفظ الملفات ليست عبارة عن عملية تخزين بل هي عملية استرجاع
7.ملفات أقل بداخلها الكثير أفضل من ملفات أكثر بداخلها القليل
8. كان وزير الخارجية هنري كسنجر يشعر بعدم جدوي عقد الاجتماعات ما لم تكن النتائج المرجوة معروفة مسبقاً
9. اطلب من المشاركين الوقوف اثناء التحدث ، وسيؤدي ذلك الي وضع حدود للوقت الذي سيطرحون فيه أفكارهم واراءهم لأن معظم الأشخاص يفضلون الجلوس
10. بدلاً من تأجيل المشاوير لأيام الأجازات ، خصص ليلة في الأسبوع لقضاء المشاوير، فمثلاً خصص ليلة الأثنين لقضاء مشاويرك وانت عائد من العمل
خلاصة الكتاب
لبدء اي شئ ابدأ في هذا الشئ مهما كان صعباً ومهما كنت تكرهه لمدة ستون ثانية ،، ثم اترك نفسك مع التيار فسبة استكمالك للشئ تتعدي ال 80% اي ان مشكلتنا تكون اصلاً في البداية

I found it pretty concise and useful, but then again I am writing a review when I should be working.

The author’s basic approach is so alarmingly simple at first you think it might not work. Once you actually put the tips into practice, they become reinforcing. Much of becoming and then staying organized is related to the simple recognition that we bring too much into our careers and lives, then forget that we did it. By filtering out a lot of stuff at the outset, we have less to deal with, and thus have a better chance of staying organized. I’m enthusiastic about my long-term potential for staying in control. Stay tuned, I might add an addendum to this review several months from now.

This book is meant to be used. There is space after each chapter to make your notes. The 60 chapters themselves are usually only a page or two in length, sometimes a bit more. Each one contains some negative wisdom mixed with a friendly writing style. You can buy bigger, more expensive books on becoming organized, but why spend the money and the books to come when this one will do the trick?

This book gets five stars for that feat alone! It's short, it's to the point, and I found multiple ways to defeat much of the procrastination in my life. I plan on buying this book so that I can revisit it from time to time.

كتاب قدم لي الكثير بطرحه لطرق فعليه وبسيطه وواقعيه.. تتيح لك التفكير بطرق متعدده للتخلص من المماطله والاستمتاع اثناء القيام بالاعمال المؤجله .. قرءته مرتين والثالثه قريباً :)

الكتاب لا بأس به ربما يكون مفيد للعاملين اكثر من ربات البيوت وبعض الفصول لم اشعر بانها مفيده بالنسبة لي مثل فصل ترتيب ملفات العمل وفصل الضرائب لانه يتكلم عن الضرائب في المجتمع الامريكي كما ان الكتاب قديم فبعض الامور قديمه وتغيرت

60 second organizer by Jeff Davidson , 177 pages, this book is an important guide to overcoming the choas and the procrastination in your work area , plus it's a real spur to start getting rid of the clutter in your whole life,so In order to be an organized person the writer enduced you to apply 60 rules , instead of reading the whole book, i picked up few hints to share it with the readers, because i think that is really dull and much detailed in some parts especially the last portion ,moreover, as a non-native speaker the book was not an easy read it contains many difficult terms , the funny fact here is that book requires more that 60 seconds to complete it 😆😆, so here you are my notes:
📌we learn the organizing items along the way no one born orgnized.
📌take any task of organization as a challenge, and monitor ur progress in .
📌we hav to b aware of the antecedents thats keep us ready to make the next move to be orgnized ,
📌organize the clutter in our minds by orgnizing our random thoughts and ideas by traditional ways like taking notes or with the modern way as the elecronic orgnizer
📌we should admit that w r the creatores of the choas in our life n there is no one elese to blame instead of us that helps u to take control of all ur aspect of ur life .
📌"it behooves you to learn from the past in order to make appropriate choices for your present and future"
📌work smarter by following our instincts n inner wisdome
📌manage your time wisely while you r organizing your life and focus on your priorities,
📌"getting organized requires less motivation than being a a professional writer" so ; start achieving ur daily organizing tasks regardless of your mood, dont make your mood as an excuse to your laziness
📌rewarding urself after any accomplishment,it may help you to proceed in your progress and motivate you as well.
📌stop convincing your self by wimpy excuses that keep you far enough from being an orgnized person.
📌striving perfection may cost a huge amount of energy .
📌the simplest way to tackle your mess is the best one.
📌take advantage of milestones eg: new job, retiring, marriage etc and other new opportunities in your life to stimulate your self to achieve more assignments and getting orgnized .
📌"if procrastination is your enemy,then action is your friend" ; if you wanna get rid of the clutter in your work area , or your house , your life in general set your goals and start now !
📌engage yourself in an organizing routine for only a single minute ; arrange one portion of your desk , a shelf or a drawer , this tiniest action might be so effective try it!
📌its really helpful to identify ur priorities first before start tackle your organization tasks
📌when you set your goals take into consideration that they must be wrritten, quantified, and assigned a deadline
📌in the way of getting an orgnized life rely on your clear mind first of all .

تنظيم الوقت من الأمور الأساسية في حياة أي شخص يسعى إلى النجاح..
فالوقت هو الشيء الوحيد المهم، باعتبار ان الحياة قصيرة، وأن الوقت الذي يفوت لا يعود ولا يعوض....
إذا كنت تعتقد أن التنظيم يتطلب الكثير من الوقت، فجرب الفوضى.
يحتوي الكتاب على عدد كبير من النصائح المتعلقة بتنظيم الوقت وعلى الكثير من الأفكار الجيدة، التي تساعد من يطبقها على أن يستثمر وقته بشكل أفضل..
ولكن بالنهاية، فائدة الكتاب تكمن في التطبيق، فالحلول المقدمة به، والأفكار التي يحويها، لابد وأنها قد جالت في تفكير كل انسان يقدر قيمة وقته، وتقصيره عن أتخاذ الاجراءات وتطبيق الأفكار هذه هو ما جعله يضيع وقته سدى.
ف التنفيذ أولاً هو الحل، ولن يكون الحل أبداً بقراءة كتاب، او نصائح.

الكتاب من الترشيحات المتكررة للمهندس (أيمن عبد الرحيم)، وقد دفعني لقراءته احتياجي لتجربة أساليب جديدة لعلاج المماطلة والتسويف، والحق أن بالكتاب كثيرًا منها.. ستين مقترحًا بالتحديد، ليسوا جميعًا على نفس الدرجة من اﻷهمية أو الفاعلية -كما أشار الكاتب في مقدمته- ولكن هذا لا يمنع أنها كانت رحلةً ممتعة، فقد كان من المخطط لها أن تستغرق شهرين بقراءة فصل -صفحتين أو ثلاثة- صباح كل يوم.. ولكن هذه القراءة -أيضًا- لم تسلم من التسويف والمماطلة!
الكتاب مترجم، وترجمات (جرير) التي تعرضت لها حتى اﻵن تركت عندي انطباعًا سيئًا هبط بسقف توقعاتي لأي كتاب مترجم عن طريقهم، لذلك لم تكن صدمتي كبيرة بلغة الكتاب، بله لقد كانت -لحسن حظي- أفضل من سابقاتها.

This was a really boring ass book, but the information makes up for it. Sometimes Jeff can be really entertaining, however, it's still a straight sleeper. Take your time reading this book and take notes so that you never have to read it again and just focus on the notes that you have taken. I wish I would have taken notes during the time I was reading this book. I would also like to add that a lot of the information in this book is also common sense.

كتاب من سلسلة 60 ثانية لدافيدسون لكن لم يعجبنى الكتاب بمجمله فهو يعيد فى الفكرة اكثر من مرة ليوضح وجهه نظره واعتقد يمكن تلخيص الكتاب فى حوالى 20 صفحة بدلا من 220 ما استفدت به من الكتاب هى بعض المعلومات عن تنظيم الوقت بالسيارة والمنزل والعمل وكيف تضع لنفسك اهداف واضحة للانجاز ..

ملخص كتاب "نظم وقتك في 60 ثانية"

كتاب عادي لجيد. أغلب ما فيه معروف ومكرر، واضطررت أن أمر مرور الكرام على العديد من الفقرات التي يكفي عنوانها ليُفهم مغزاها بدلًا من صفحة كاملة عن نفس النقطة.
شعرت وكأنه من كتب التنمية الذاتية الرخيصة التي تهدف لجمع الأموال على حساب الأسماء والعناوين الجذابة. فكما عرفت من الكتاب ذاته، أن الكاتب قد كتب فوق الثلاثين كتابًا، وكلها تدور في نفس المدار ذا طابع التطور وتحسين جودة الحياة في وقت قصير. لكن أستطيع أن أخمن أن هذه الكتب مبسطة بشكل كبير وفيها من الحشو الذي لا طائل منه ما قد يُفقِد الكتاب قيمته.
أشعر أن مجتمع الكاتب الأمريكي اللاهث بسرعة خلف النجاحات السريعة سيكون مولعًا بكاتب بهذا النمط. لكن الحق يُقال كانت هناك نقاط كثيرة جيدة جدًا، لكن الاستفاضة كانت دون جدوى.
كتاب قديم جدًا في مكتبتي، وعلّي قرأت أول خمسين صفحة منه في مرحلتي الابتدائية كما أشارت بعض الخربشات المكتوبة. وعل هذا الكتاب سيكون ذا تأثيرٍ أكبر لو أنني قرأته وعقلته حينها.. حيث أن معرفتي حينها، وحداثة الكتاب كانا سيكونان عاملًا جيدًا لأُعجب به، لكن كثير من المذكور عفى عليه الزمن، أو لا ينطبق في سياق حياتي الشخصية.
عمومًا كان جيدًا لتنشيط ذهني وذاكرتي لبعض الأمور الهامة التي ستساعدني كثيرًا إن استغليتها بشكلٍ جيد.
