الكتاب في الجزء الخاص بالإعداد النفسي ومراقبة الشعور بالتوتر والقلق يعتبر جيد ولكن في ما عدا ذلك اعتقد ان التجربة الجامعية المباشرة ستكون اكثر فائدة منه
