Nowadays meditation is a valuable tool that man can use to help and solve psychological and existential aspects. It helps the psychic, and therefore physical, health of the people. It is presented as a useful tool to shovel the dizzying modern life. In this book meditation is proposed as a way to go through the limitations of the mind and to be able to walk the inner path towards the encounter of oneself, the True Self.This text presents several lines of meditation based on Buddhism, Sufism and the teachings of Meher Baba who develops a thorough and very important study of meditation for those who live in Western culture. Using analogies, parables, stories and poems, different stages of the path are illustrated, and the obstacles that the same mind causes in the seeker of Truth are exposed.The goal is the encounter with oneself, the Realization of the True Self, and it is proposed to sahaj-samadhi as the last experience prior to Realization.The text refers to the planes of consciousness, as well as a large number of meditation techniques that allow the seeker to find the way to walk the inner path.
