Dayıoğlu completed her education at Beşiktaş Atatürk Anadolu Lisesi and also attended the Istanbul University Faculty of Law.
In third grade, her teacher realized that she had immense writing skills and at the age of 15, one of the stories she wrote was published in a local newspaper in 1950. Since then, she has written 73 books for children and teenagers.
Funny thing is, i was obsessed with Harry Potter back then. And one day our school had given books to all of us, it was suprising. I didn't hear anything about Gulten Dayıoglu back then. My friend has gotten the fourth Harry Potter book which i hadn't back then and i got this book. I didn't like it at first, i offered an exchange with her. She hadn't read any books of Harry Potter. I was furious, she didn't accept my offer then i ended up reading AND FALLING IN LOVE THIS BOOK.
I always loved travelling and India.
It was a trick of life. And i'm saying this with my full heart sincerity, it was fortunete for me.
