Enjoyable Ryan side quest. Couldn't help but have The Terminator theme or a visual of Chopping Mall in my head. I must say there are certain situations that could be just implied rather than going into detail. Does nothing to enhance the storty. It's not just this book but the series as a whole. Overall an above average entry. Kate keep your head down... never mind.

Ryan goes to rescue Dean on his own. Runs into his old Russkie enemy. Also starts in motion some killer robots that leads into the next book.

A interesting break in the story line, to get Ryan away from the others and change up the plot. I also enjoyed the unknown meanace that is added to the story and look forward to seeing where it will appear.

This is a good look at Ryan's character.

An average apocalyptic adventure story. This one takes a century after the last war and now there are mutants running around the earth. Recommended
